Thanks so much. Any cheesecake is fine, but with simple ingredients, coz here in Africa the shops don't have a variety of stuff. For example, it's not the season for fresh strawberries, so you won't find them anywhere. I've also got another request: Theres's a cake (I don't know what it's called) but it's like a vanilla cake, but you don't put it in the oven, you put it in the fridge and I"m told that you pour orange juice over it?????? Any idea what I'm talking about??????
